What to expect in a typical CrossFit Class

CrossFit is a results-driven fitness program that combines training and lifestyle changes to produce measurable outcomes. Workouts focus on constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movements and are most effective—and enjoyable—when done with friends at our local CrossFit gym.

During a typical one-hour CrossFit class, athletes complete modified versions of the same workout together, with a coach guiding them step by step.

No matter your current fitness level, we’ll help you start your CrossFit journey safely. Our coaches will teach you foundational movements and tailor workouts to suit your individual needs.

Barbell

By combining Olympic weightlifting and Powerlifting, we maximize your ability to use heavy compound movements to gain strength and maintain full range of motion.

Sprinting & Jogging

You can't deny the perks of year-round summer here, which means we make the most of it! With no excuses, we love taking our workouts outside—whether it's hitting sprints or going for a 1-mile run, we use our surroundings to stay active.

Gymnastics

We teach you to use your body to regain childhood body awareness and mobility. We focus on proper momentum to complete movements in the most efficient way.

Deadly Cardio Machines

We love throwing in our Rowers, Echo Bike and Ski Erg into WODs to help you sweat even more in the Caribbean heat.

Most Importantly - Community!

CrossFit is all about bringing people together from all walks of life to sweat, train, and grow as a community, and we’re especially proud of how fun our gym and members are.

Here in Turks and Caicos, we like to keep things light and not take ourselves too seriously. We focus on having a good time and making our classes the highlight of your day, with plenty of laughs along the way!

Plyometrics

Here, we combine free weights with bodyweight movements such as squats, lunges, and high-interval exercises so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals.
